A huge map. Huge dinosaurs. Massive weapons. Whether you're playing solo or with friends, you'll face an ever-changing threat level. Second Extinction is an online FPS with bite.

The objective is simple: reclaim the Earth. In Second Extinction, you take on hordes of mutant dinosaurs solo or with two friends.

The aim of early access is simple: to work with our community to create the best game possible. We want frank and direct feedback, and we're counting on our community to be an essential cog in our development process.

That said, you'll have plenty to keep you busy right from the start: 4 heroes, 10 weapons (each with 5 upgrade levels) and 6 missions - not to mention special side quests - as well as a large map featuring numerous regions.

If players win battles, it's communities that win wars... and War Effort, our new feature, is living proof of that.

Each region of our map has its own threat level, which can be reduced if enough players succeed in their missions and activities. That said, the dinosaurs aren't sitting still, and they'll be concentrating their efforts where you're not.

So, every week, the community can see the fruits of its efforts... or feel the consequences of its incompetence. If you let the threat level get out of hand, expect to see some particularly harsh emergence events.

When you choose Second Extinction, you're not playing a new co-op FPS... you're joining an adventure that we're going to shape together. Every return you make, every mission you complete counts... so what are you waiting for? The battle to reclaim the Earth begins here!
